| Returns Policy |
Please contact us if you need to return or exchange an item. Returns will not be accepted if you do not contact us
first. Return any product purchased at BeachDoggies.com in new/unused condition and in its original packaging within
30 days from the invoice date for a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Please enclose a copy of the invoice and state the reason for return along with instructions on how we should handle the
return or exchange, if you would like a refund or if you want to exchange the item. For returns, please contact

| Damaged or Defective Returns |

If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, is defective or not the item you ordered, please save the box
and all the packing material and contact us. (Save these because UPS will want to examine the box that received damage.) We’ll give you instructions on how to proceed.

| Shipping Information |
|
Most orders will ship complete within a few days from Visalia, California. Shipments leave our store on weekdays only.
Please allow 10-14 working days for delivery. UPS shipments must go to a physical address, not a P.O. Box. If your
address is a P.O. Box, we will ship directly through the US Postal Service. If there are additional shipping charges, they
will be added to your account. Shipping charges will automatically be calculated through UPS when you make your order on-line.
Charges are based upon the weight of the items that you ordered.

We accept payments in U.S. dollars only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as acceptable forms
of payment.

| Sales Tax |
|
Sales tax will be collected on any orders shipping to California. For any returns, all sales tax that was charged will
be credited as well.
